This games takes the old "buy and flip" and makes you an expert! You start with a certain amount of cash on hand. Use that cash to buy a property that you can afford. As its property value increases, sell it at any time to make a profit. However, you can only sell it for a profit for a certain amount of time. At some point, the market will turn and the home will decrease in value. When the little arrow turns to red, sell if if you haven't already. Keep buying and selling until you have made $15,000,000, enough to buy the mansion of your dreams.
