Mercx

Mercx has you as a mercenary on a mission to save Laura Tengechi, the daughter of a leading biologist. You start by being dropped off in the Shetland Islands in this very eight bit world. You'll use your arrow keys to move and jump and shoot with your Z button. You start with $800 so I would suggest you upgrade to a couple of new weapons first. You can toggle through those with the number keys. There will be crates and other objects to shoot in order to get health or other various power-ups. Use space bar to interact with objects. Go from level to level, shooting bad guys and earning money to buy more upgrades and more lives.
