Park your car as accurately as possible into the marked space without hitting obstacles and other cars before time runs out. In some levels, you have to follow the arrows on the road to find the parking space. Crashing even once will make you fail the level, so even though you are on the clock, take your time to avoid crashing while getting into the space.
